understand vision, medium term objectives and challenges.

Meet customers, so that all work is based on a sample outside view of the company, its products and services.

Workshop format with a core team to elicit the detail of opportunity and challenges.

Identify, evaluate and rank options. Recommend actions : by whom, by when, at what cost, for what gain.

Seek alignment and sign off from the CEO and leadership and move to execution.

Regular reviews. Challenge and timely decisions by the CEO / leadership is a prime need.
