Following a professional career of over twenty-five years, first in the plantation and commodity sectors, then in a multinational FMCG company, and lastly with an oil major, Nandu Unni set up Change Associate in 2008.

At the time he had been a member of the global leadership team for a business sector, with responsibility for India, Middle East and Central Asia. Prior to that, he was managing director, of a joint venture between a leading public sector organisation and an international oil company, where he led a turnaround.

|
Having held senior operational, marketing and management roles, across varied industries and internationally, Nandu felt the urge to venture out as an entrepreneur and provide a service across a spread of organizations. He also works with private equity and venture capitalists to enhance the value of their investments.
In specific areas of domain or implementation expertise, there are
associates who can be brought in, in the areas of Marketing , Finance, Brand, HR and Manufacturing. |
